To make your life easier, we make sure the final cost at checkout is, in fact, the final cost. That's why we, as a company, cover all import duty charges to EU

To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order before the below dates and times:
  • Standard Delivery: Tuesday 12th December at 23:59pm GMT
  • Express Delivery: Thursday 14th December at 23:59pm GMT

  • Once ordered, your order will be delivered in 5-8 working days*
  • You’ll receive an email when it’s been despatched, which will include tracking information
  • Your delivery will be made between Monday and Friday, excluding bank holidays

You may need to pay customs or import duties when the order reaches your country. They’re out of Ted’s control and we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs may also delay the delivery of your order.

Something not quite right? Simply return your online order within 30 days of receiving it for a refund.

Online Purchase

We are pleased to offer all customers an extended returns policy on items purchased before the Holiday period. Any items purchased online between October 18th and December 24th can be returned to our Online Returns Department for a refund up to and including January 24th 2024.

In Store Purchase

In addition to our usual returns policy, Ted is pleased to offer an extended returns policy during the Holiday period. Purchases made between 18th October and 24th December can be returned for an exchange or credit note up to and including 24th January 2024. The items must be returned to a Ted Baker standalone store in their original condition and with proof of purchase. Ted Baker reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice. This does not affect your legal rights.

  • Choose between the options available as your method of return.
  • Download the label to print at home and drop off at your local drop off point.
  • Online orders can only be returned via our online returns location (Cannot be returned to a Standalone store or concession).
  • Return costs are displayed within the returns portal at a subsidised rate that will provide secure tracked delivery back to Ted, and are payable by the customer

Ted’s store team accept refunds for in-store purchases only.

  • Simply take the item and your receipt to a store within 30 days, and they’ll issue the refund to your original payment method.
  • Items must be returned to stores in the country they were purchased
  • You can only return concession purchases to the department store they were purchased in
  • For airport store returns, please refer to the airport’s returns policy

We no longer accept online order exchanges.
For a replacement item you can return your original online order for a refund and replace for a new item. in accordance with the returns section above.
 

  • You have 30 days from when you receive your item to return it for a refund
  • If you’re unable to return it within the 30-day period, please let us know.
  • Refunds will be made onto your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Some banks may take up to 30 days to process the credit to your account.
  • We don’t accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in transit back to us
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn, with all labels and tags still intact – unfortunately we can’t accept them in any other condition
  • Hygiene strips must be attached to swimwear
  • Items with a seal tag will only be accepted where it remains intact and undamaged

Exclusions

Due to things like hygiene reasons, certain goods are non-returnable. These are:

  • Underwear
  • Earrings
  • Personal grooming products
  • Anything tailored or personalised to you
