If, for whatever reason, you're not completely satisfied, you have 14 days to return items for a refund or exchange.

How do I cancel my online order?

Before getting in touch please make sure your items are in returnable condition (click here for our Conditions of Return) and if you are within the set time limits (click here for Your Right to Cancel )

To do so simply email ask.ted@tedbaker.com or write to us at: Ted Baker Customer Services, The Ugly Brown Building, 6a St Pancras Way, London, NW1 0TB.

A cancellation form can be downloaded here . You must return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods or the date you notified us you wish to return the goods, whichever is later. 
 

 

How do I return online goods by post?

Free Returns via Royal Mail
 
Ted's giving you free returns with Royal Mail, for a limited time only.
 
Inside this box you'll find a free Royal Mail returns label.
To use it, place the label on the outside of your parcel with the completed returns note inside.
Once done, you can take the parcel to your nearest post office or Royal Mail delivery office.
They'll provide you with a receipt for this return that you should keep safe, just in case you need to track it.

1.Please select a returns code from the list below and enter into the corresponding column on your delivery note, against the item you wish to return. 

2.Package the goods safely and securely – you can use the address label on the delivery note for your convenience. 
 
3. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please note that goods bought in-store may not be returned via post.
 
4. Goods need to be returned within the time limits set out in ‘Your Right to Cancel’

How do I return online goods to store?

If you are a customer in the UK or Ireland you can take unwanted items to a Ted Baker store (excluding department store concessions, airports and train stations including St Pancras) in your country of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately bridal, fine jewellery and rugs cannot be returned to store.

How do I return online goods by Collect+?

Below is the step-by-step process:

1. Simply scribble your order number on the Collect+ returns label
2. Peel off the sticky label and pop it on to your parcel over the original delivery labels
3. Don’t forget to include your returns form in your parcel! Make sure to tell us why you’ve changed your mind 
4. Now for the easy bit. Simply take your parcel to one of over 5000 Collect+ store locations.
 
To find your most convenient store, log onto www.collectplus.co.uk and search by using your postcode.
Make sure you get proof of postage and a code to track your return order online. 
…and then you're done!
A sum of up to £3 will be deducted from your refund to cover postage.
 

How do I exchange my online goods?

1. To exchange your goods by post, contact Ted’s helpful Customer Services team within 14 days of receiving your package. Make sure you have your order number, return code and name of the item you wish to exchange to hand. Also, if any additional payment is required, you will also need your debit/credit card ready. 

2. After that, Ted asks you send your goods within 14 days of requesting your exchange to:

3. There is a returns label on the other side of the delivery note for your convenience. You’ll need to pay the return postage and we recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
 

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

If we've made a mistake with your order or you have any issues with the goods themselves, the first thing to do is contact Ted's Online Customer Service Team.
