Collect your order from standalone Ted Baker stores in the UK
It’ll be ready to collect 2-4 days after it’s been despatched, and you’ll receive an email when it’s arrived in your selected store
You’ll have 7 days from receiving the email to collect it, and you’ll need your collection email and some personal ID
Please contact Customer Services if you need more time

*Unfortunately, you can’t collect Outlet and Tie the Knot from store, nor can you collect orders from outlets, airports, train stations, or concessions
