Ted’s bridal dresses cannot be made to measure. The size of each dress will be displayed in the product description.

HOW WILL MY BRIDAL DRESS BE DELIVERED?

 

Home delivery and Click & Collect are available. With Home Delivery your bridal dress will be delivered via courier service, on a standard service (2-5 working days). Please remember that your bridal dress will need a signature on receipt. No next day delivery available.

 

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Standard delivery is free to all UK customers.

CAN MY BRIDAL DRESS BE DELIVERED TO A LOCAL STORE?

Click & Collect to store is now available on Ted’s bridal dresses. 

CAN I HAVE MY BRIDAL DRESS DELIVERED OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

Unfortunately, Ted cannot ship his bridal dresses outside of the UK.

WILL MY BRIDAL DRESS BE DELIVERED SEPARATELY TO OTHER TED ITEMS IN MY ORDER?

If you order any other items alongside your bridal dress they will be delivered separately. We cannot guarantee that the deliveries will be made at the same time or on the same day.

HOW SHOULD I RETURN MY BRIDAL DRESS?

Please note bridal dresses must be returned in their original condition with all labels (including Ted’s Seal and the barcode) seal attached. Please use Ted’s nifty ‘Returns Guide’ enclosed with your bridal dress. If in doubt, call the Customer Service team on +44 (0)345 4502484 or via email at ask.ted@tedbaker.com. .

CAN I RETURN TO STORE?

Bridal over £599

Included styles: ARRIELA, WITTNY, ESCHEN, SILVYA, MORGONA, RUTHHA, FLLEUR, REAGANE

Returns are only available through Ted’s Courier Service. You will need to arrange a collection with Ted’s Customer Service team to return your bridal dress. Please note any other items cannot be returned via Ted’s bridal dress collection service. A cost of £10 will be deducted from your refund for the collection.

Bridal under £599

Included styles: PATRYCA, OLIVVYA, MAYYHA, DIANNAH

Returns are available in-store or via post. If you are a customer in the UK or Ireland you can take selected unwanted Bridal items (PATRYCA, OLIVVYA, MAYYHA, DIANNAH) to a Ted Baker store (excluding department store concessions, airports and train stations including St Pancras) in your country of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all labels (including Ted’s Seal and the barcode). 

Alternatively, please select a returns code from the list online and enter into the corresponding column on your delivery note, against the item you wish to return. Package the goods safely and securely – you can use the address label on the delivery note for your convenience. Alternatively send the goods to:

Unfortunately, bridal dresses cannot be returned with Collect+. You can still send any other items back with this service.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN MY BRIDAL DRESS?

A cost of £10 will be deducted from your refund for dresses returned via Ted’s Courier Service.
