If, for whatever reason, you're not completely satisfied, you have 14 days to return items for a refund or exchange.
Christmas Returns for goods purchased Online
Ted is pleased to offer all of his customers an extended returns policy on pressies purchased before Christmas. Any items purchased online between 1st November and 24th December can be returned to Teds Online Returns Department for a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. In addition to this as a Christmas treat these items can be returned for an exchange up to and including January 31st 2019.
Alternatively, any items purchased from one of our Ted Baker stores between 1st November and 24thDecember can also be returned back to any standalone store in the country of purchase within 14 days or be returned for store credit/exchange up to and including January 31st 2019 *please note online orders cannot be returned to Ted Baker Outlet, Airport or Train Station store and all returns remain subject to Ted’s Returns policy found here*.

How do I cancel my online order?
Before getting in touch please make sure your items are in returnable condition (click here for our Conditions of Return) and if you are within the set time limits (click here for Your Right to Cancel )
A cancellation form can be downloaded here . You must return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods or the date you notified us you wish to return the goods, whichever is later.
How do I return online goods to store?
If you are a customer in the UK or Ireland you can take unwanted items to a Ted Baker store (excluding department store concessions, airports and train stations including St Pancras) in your country of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately bridal, fine jewellery and rugs cannot be returned to store.

How do I exchange my online goods?
1. To exchange your goods by post, contact Ted’s helpful Customer Services team within 14 days of receiving your package. Make sure you have your order number, return code and name of the item you wish to exchange to hand. Also, if any additional payment is required, you will also need your debit/credit card ready.
