We’re kicking off our epic adventure in Cape Town’s historical centre, Bo-Kaap. A blend of histories, friendly faces, cultures and colour-schemes, this eye-catching pastel paradise is known as one of the most Instagrammable places ever. A unique creative energy, an abundance of art and plenty of local specialities, this is a feast for all the senses. Speaking of which, we’re off to heathy food-stop Poke Co, where they serve up light, vibrant meals with an emphasis on local, fresh and tasty.
It wouldn’t be South Africa without a day at the beach, and Cape Peninsula’s Clifton Beach offers just the thing. With its white sands and turquoise waters, this is the perfect setting for sunbathing, swimming and sandy strolls. As the sun comes down on our journey, we’re finishing things off with a bike ride across the promenade. With views like this, it really is one of the most beautiful places in the world to get lost in.
