Here at Ted, we’re working around the clock to keep our online services ticking over smoothly. Deliveries are currently running without delay, meaning all orders will be fashionably on time.

  • Once sent, orders are normally delivered in 3-6 working days.

  • You’ll receive an email when orders are shipped, which will include tracking information.

  • Standard ground is available in most of North America. Your delivery will be made between Monday and Friday, excluding national holidays.

Please note that Standard Ground is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico

Delivery outside the USA means the customer may need to pay customs or import duties when the order reaches your country. Duties are out of Ted Baker’s control and we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs may also delay the delivery of your order.

  • Something not quite right? No worries you’ve got 28 days to return online orders (or 14 days for in-store purchases).
  • Log into our returns portal here to begin generating your return.
  • Download the label to print at home
  • Please include your Delivery Note with your return
  • Drop off at any UPS drop off location
  • $7 will be deducted from your refund, to cover the cost of the return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Ted Baker’s US store team will accept refunds for both online and in-store purchases, unless they were marked as final sales or can only be provided directly by the Payment Processor such as Klarna or are otherwise not returnable under our Returns Terms and Conditions set out below.

Simply take the item and your receipt to a store within 14 days, and they’ll issue the refund to your original payment method.

  • Online orders can’t be returned to department stores, airports, train stations or Ted Baker outlet stores.
  • Items must be returned to stores in the country in which they were purchased.
  • You can’t return full-price items to an outlet store. You may return items purchased at an outlet store to an outlet store.
  • You can only return concession purchases to the department store they were purchased in.
  • For airport store returns, please refer to the airport store’s returns policy.
  • We are unable to accept refunds in store, on orders paid for using Klarna.

 

Orders made to Canada are unable to be returned to any stores in Canada and have to be returned using the Online Returns portal outlined above.

 

  • Request a return via your account in the Instagram app and select your reason for return.
  • Package the item(s) along with the delivery slip – this does not have to be the same packaging in which you received the order as long as it’s secure.
  • Send the order back to us at the address below; we advise you to send the parcel via certified mail, return receipt requested.

We no longer accept exchanges online; to exchange your order US Customers can take your item to a Ted Baker standalone store in the with the accompanying delivery note or order confirmation email - as proof of purchase. Any items requested for exchange in store must be in accordance with the Conditions of Return and are subject to store availability. Alternatively if that option for exchange does not suit, you can return your online order for a refund and replace for a new item. in accordance with the returns section above.

Customers in Canada are unable to exchange orders in Ted Baker stores, and must return your online order for a refund and replace for a new item. in accordance with the returns section above.

 

  • You have 28 days from when you receive your item to return it for a refund.
  • If you’re unable to return it within the 28-day period, please let us know within the 28 days.
  • Refunds will be made onto your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Some banks may take up to 30 days to process the credit to your account.
  • We are unable to accept refunds in store, on orders paid for using Klarna.
  • We don’t accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn, with all labels and tags still intact – unfortunately we can’t accept them in any other condition.
  • Hygiene strips must be attached to swimwear.
  • Items with a seal tag will only be accepted where it remains intact and undamaged.
  • Cosmetics (including makeup brushes) can only be returned if they are sealed and show no signs of use.

Exclusions

Due to hygiene reasons, certain goods are non-refundable. These are:

  • Underwear
  • Earrings
  • Personal grooming products
  • *Please note anything tailored or personalised to you cannot be returned.

The following items are non-returnable to store but can be returned by post:

  • Fine jewellery
  • Rugs
  • B by Ted Baker bras and nightwear
  • Bridal
