Click & Collect
Your Click & Collect order can be sent to any UK standalone store but not any of Ted's concessions, outlets, or airport stores.
Your order will reach the store 5 - 7 days after its dispatch from Ted’s warehouse. Ted will stay in touch and drop you a line via e-mail once the order has been dispatched and another one when it is ready for collecting.

We need to check you are who you say you are! So bring along your collection e-mail (on paper or on your Smartphone) and either your passport or your driving license (a credit or debit card with a valid signature, is also acceptable). These are the only forms of ID that will be accepted. Regrettably, we cannot accept NUS cards, business cards, Blockbuster membership cards or even playing cards as forms of ID. So please remember the correct ones.
Extensions on the 7 day collection period are not a problem but Ted’s customer service team, while delightful, are sadly not psychic and need you to put in a quick call to request more time on 0845 130 4278 or email us at email@example.com.
Unfortunately we need you and only you to collect your order. Please turn up with photo ID (passport or driving licence) and your confirmation e-mail in hand.
Details for all Ted’s stores can be found here. Your confirmation e-mail will also point you in the right direction of your selected store.
Ted's sure you'll be delighted with your purchases, but if you're not 100% satisfied for any reason you can simply exchange the order for anything else in store or alternatively have your money refunded.
If you've returned home with your purchase you can either run it back to the store along with your invoice, or post it back to the online store following the instructions provided on your invoice.
Please remember that the period in which you are eligible for refund is two weeks from collection. 14 days, 336 hours or even 20,160 minutes: however you want to say it, two weeks is your lot.
Please also note that any additional items purchased in store, or any items that have been exchanged for in store will then fall under Ted’s store returns policy which states that we will happily exchange any unsuitable items within 28 days or offer a handy gift card to the same value. Unfortunately, in this case we will not offer a refund on the order if it is unsuitable, only an exchange.
Finally, if you have purchased additional items or exchanged for new items in-store, these must be returned to store and can no longer be returned to the online store.
We’re all entitled to a change of heart. If you decide that the stuff you've ordered isn't quite right for you then simply call Ted’s charming customer service team as soon as you can on 0845 130 4278 and ask that your order be cancelled.
