Gift vouchers can only be redeemed at Ted Baker standalone and outlet stores in the UK and online at tedbaker.com. 
Gift vouchers can only be used at tedbaker.com from the day after they were purchased. 
At tedbaker.com, if the value of the gift voucher(s) used is more than the value of your order, the excess will be lost. In store, you’ll get a credit note for change of £10.00 or more. If it’s less, you’ll receive cash. 
Gift vouchers are not replaceable if stolen, lost or damaged. 
If the foil is removed, gift vouchers are invalid for store use. If you remove the foil by accident, you can apply for a replacement. Click here for details. 
Multiple gift vouchers can be used in a single transaction. 
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 
Gift vouchers are non-transferable or negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase more gift vouchers. 
Normal store and online returns policies apply to all purchases.
