Ted always delivers…
At Ted Baker we'll accept nothing less than a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you would like them sent, let Ted do the rest. Your items will be carefully packaged and can be delivered to wherever is most convenient to you. Don't forget to decide whether you'd like your order delivered to your home or work address.

Please note that we do not currently ship to the USA and South America.
*Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Ted Baker is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and our customers must pay for these in full. Ted Baker has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Special Delivery Instructions
Missing a delivery can be a pain. So we're happy to leave your goods in a location of your choice – as long as it's safe, easy-to-find and accessible. For example, in your garage, porch or with a neighbour. You just need to fill out the relevant section when you checkout.
Important note: This is not a signed for service. As such, Ted cannot be held responsible if your order goes astray. Please bear this in mind when selecting your delivery method.
Having read the above, if you’d still like us to leave your order in a prearranged location, it's important that you remember:
- The drivers from our couriers aren't familiar with your house or neighbourhood, so be as specific as you can about where you'd like your delivery left. For example, provide your neighbour's house name/number, the exact location of your shed, the colour of your bin and so on.
- To make sure that wherever you want us to leave your package is easily accessible. No locked gates or doors. Or guard dogs!
- To prewarn your neighbour that we'll be calling with a delivery for you.
- That we won't leave your delivery if we believe it will be exposed to the weather, unsafe or in view of the public.
- Our private couriers, HDNL are unable to leave your order at the local Post Office.
Alternatively, you can always have your order delivered to another address, such as where you work. You just need to specify that this is your delivery address when you place your order.
LATE DELIVERY
We’re sorry if your order’s taking longer than expected. If you log into your account you’ll be able to check its progress. Only registered customers can do this however. So if you haven’t registered yet, it may be worth doing so before your next order.
That aside if you think your delivery is severely overdue, please contact Ted’s Online Customer Service Team on 0845 130 4278 ext.1 between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday*. Or e-mail them on webenquiries@tedbaker.com Either way you’ll need your order number handy so they can track down where your Ted is.

While Ted’s more than happy to deliver your order to where you work, there are a few exceptions. For reasons out of his control, he can’t deliver to any of the following:

HM Prisons
