Getting your goods to you safely and swiftly is of utmost importance to us. That’s why we entrust all our deliveries, home and abroad, to DHL. It’s also why they insist on your order being signed for. Please note that once a package has been signed for by someone, its safety is no longer our responsibility.
NB – DHL are not able to leave your order at your local Post Office. If you miss a delivery, a card will be left letting you know how to arrange another delivery or pick-up your order in person.

Click & Collect
Due to heavy rainfall and associated flooding there may be delays in the HG, YO, TS12, TS13, DL, DH, TS23-29 post-code areas.
Click & Collect is Ted’s shiny new service that allows you to buy online and collect purchases in store. There are no delivery charges and no waiting around at home for the postman. Your Click & Collect order can be sent to any of Ted's stores in the UK. Unfortunately Click & Collect orders cannot be sent out to any of Ted’s outlet, airport or Ireland stores. Delivery Costs & Times
As you’d expect, delivery prices and times depend on your location, how much you buy and how quickly you’d like to receive your order. Generally, If you place your order before midday, we will try and process your order the very same day, if not;
If it’s after midday, the order won’t be processed until the following day.
If it’s a Friday afternoon or a weekend, it won’t be processed until Monday.
If you book Next day delivery, the order needs to be received before 12 noon to arrive ontime, you will also receive a dispatch email to confirm its on its way.
We do not process orders or dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays. Everyone deserves a break once in a while.
All timeframes below are stated from point of dispatch and you will be notified via email when your order is on its way.

Within the UK mainland, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, there are a number of delivery options open to you. However, if you reside in the Scottish Highlands, the prices are slightly different, as are the delivery services on offer.
NB – We cannot specify the exact time of your delivery, just the possible timeframe. You will be notified via email when your package is on its way.
Additionally, we do not process orders or dispatch deliveries on Sundays, or on bank or public holidays. Everyone deserves a break once in a while.

Rest of the UK
With some corners of the UK being harder to reach than others, we have to charge a bit more to deliver orders to certain places. Specified Date deliveries are available to these locations, however the first possible delivery date will be 3 days after the order is placed. Additionally, the chosen date for delivery must be within 14 days of the order being made.
NB – We cannot specify the exact time of your delivery, just the possible timeframe. Deliveries will be made between 8.30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. None will be made at the weekend, or on bank or public holidays. Everyone deserves a break once in a while.

For most of Europe, you have the option of sending your order by;

(Express service being the more expensive. These are a set cost depending on your location)
Rest of The World
Orders for the Rest of the World are sent by Air delivery. Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout, and are dependent on where an order’s being sent, how big it is and how much it weighs, Please Note this is not a next day delivery service, and the time scale is from dispatch and not from when the order was placed.

Air Services are not a guaranteed next day delivery service.
**You may need to pay customs or import duties on your order, once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. So if you’d like more information, your best course of action would be to contact your local customs office. Customs can also delay the delivery of orders. Again, this is out of our hands.
How to track your order
If your order’s taking longer than expected or you want to find out when it will arrive, you can check its progress at www.DHL.com. Simply enter your consignment number in the box on the left of the homepage. Your consignment number will be sent to you via email when your order is dispatched. You can also find it by logging in to your account and viewing your order history. Please note the option to track your delivery is not available if you have chosen the Express checkout option. You’ll need to set up an account with us and use the normal checkout to use this service.
Alternatively, if your order is severely overdue, please contact our Online Customer Service Team on +44 ( 0) 845 130 4278 ext.1 between 9am and 6pm (GMT), Monday to Friday*. Or email them on ask.ted@tedbaker.com. Either way you’ll need to quote your order number.
